STORE REGULATIONS

Delivery

  1. Unless otherwise specified in the offer - the Buyer covers the transport costs.
  2. You select the type of transport and payment method from the menu during purchase.
  3. When ordering a bank transfer, please remember to provide the order code and buyer's details. This will speed up the identification of the buyer and the shipment of the goods.
  4. We will ship the purchased goods within 2 business days from the date of posting the payment to the account.

Payment method and invoice

  1. You select the payment method from the menu during purchase.
  2. We issue a VAT INVOICE for each transaction.

Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  2. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Buyer returns the goods at their own expense.
  3. In the event of withdrawal from the contract by the Buyer, the seller, after receiving the returned goods, will return the amount paid by the buyer within 7 days, reduced by the value of the delivery.

Complaints and claims

  1. Any claims against the seller regarding the execution of the order and the subject of sale are limited exclusively to the amount paid to the seller for the purchase, regardless of the reason and the amount of losses incurred.
  2. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to sklep@zielonapoczta.pl or by traditional mail to the address Krzewina 33c, 05-074 Halinów.
  3. The deadline for considering the complaint is 14 days.
  4. All information contained in the offer descriptions is provided in best faith based on own experience and/or from publicly available sources. PW AJMA reserves that the use of this information is an independent choice of each person/entity, undertaken at his/her own risk.   1. The administrator of personal data is Andrzej Krysiuk, conducting business as Przedsiębiorstwo Wielobranżowe AJMA Andrzej Krysiuk. NIP 545-147-44-58. Address: Krzewina 33c 05-074 Halinów.
  2. The legal basis is the Regulation of the European Parliament EU 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 on the protection of personal data.
  3. Personal data in the store are processed for the purposes of the purchase process: issuing an invoice/bill, making payments and shipping. In order to ship, the data may be transferred to a shipping company. Invoices are issued via the ifirma.pl service and the data necessary to issue an invoice is transferred there. In the case of choosing payment via a payment gateway, the data is transferred to the tpay.pl service.
  4. The data is printed on the invoice, the address page of the shipment.
  5. Customer data is stored in the store database for the purposes of after-sales service.
  6. Optionally, the customer may consent to the sending of the store's newsletter to their email address.
  7. Subject to point 2, the data is not transferred to other systems / is not made available to other entities.
  8. The customer can manage their data after logging into the store via the link: Your account (username next to the Cart button on the main page) -> GDRP - personal data.
  9. The customer has the right to file a complaint about the way personal data is processed in our store to the Office for Personal Data Protection.
